  1.   This file creates an icon on your Windows 95 desktop, which says "Re-Start".
  2.  When the re-start program is double clicked everything is safely closed and
  3.  the computer reboots. This program can also be used when you are in MS-DOS
  4.  MODE, not the MS-DOS PROMPT. If you use it when in the MS-DOS PROMPT Win 95
  5.  will just close the windows in which you ran the program. In MS-DOS mode the
  6.  computer is rebooted by simply typing "restart" from any "C:" prompt.
  7.   I hope you enjoy this program and I hope you will register it for the fee of
